When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), what you're interested in (selling, buying, or a general question), and your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.
This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what's added.
How We Use Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide real estate services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Form Submissions & Storage
Contact form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify's form-handling service, which this website's hosting provider operates. Brandi Dunagan receives and reviews submissions directly.
Third-Party Links
This website links to external sites we don't control, including a Keller Williams IDX home-search site, social media profiles, and PDF documents. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.
