Brandi's approach to real estate is grounded in both market strategy and years of residential valuation experience. She has spent 13 years in the appraisal business, developing a detailed understanding of how comparable sales, condition, location, market behavior, and property differences influence value.
That experience now informs the way she advises real estate clients — from pricing and positioning a listing to evaluating an offer or helping a buyer understand what a property is truly worth in the current market.
Her goal is not to overwhelm clients with data. It is to help them understand what matters, why it matters, and how that information should shape the decision in front of them.
A note about Brandi's appraisal background:
Brandi does not perform the independent lender appraisal on real estate transactions in which she is representing a client. Her appraisal experience informs the strategy and market analysis she brings to her Realtor role; it is not a substitute for an independent appraisal.
